These terms cover the EchoFoundry website and the Endless Police Chase browser game. If you do not agree, please stop using them. Children should use the service with a parent or guardian's permission where required.

Playing our games

The browser game is free to play. You do not need to create an account. Virtual coins, vehicles, upgrades and scores are for entertainment only: they have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and do not represent a real-world prize. Leaderboard rivals are simulated and are labeled in the game.

Your saved progress

Progress is stored locally in your browser or app. Clearing storage, changing devices or uninstalling may remove it. We do not provide a cloud backup or guarantee recovery of a lost local save.

Fair use

Please do not use the website to distribute malware, interfere with the service, exploit rewards or misrepresent yourself as EchoFoundry. Use of our name, branding and promotional media must not suggest an endorsement or ownership you do not have.

Artwork, software and media

EchoFoundry branding and promotional material may be used to accurately cover the studio or game, with attribution to EchoFoundry. Do not resell or repackage those materials as your own. Some game assets and software have separate open-source or asset licenses; those licenses remain applicable and are included with the browser build. Contact us for other uses.

Availability and updates

We may improve, change or discontinue the website or game. We aim to keep it working, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device. The game is provided as available; applicable consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.

Privacy

Read our Privacy Policy for local storage, hosting and advertising information. The landing page and browser game do not use advertising SDKs. Optional AdMob ads belong to the separate Android build.
